The Ogden- Lammi Ceremony and Reception was a beautiful wedding to kick off Labor Day weekend at The Ice House!
With a lower guest count, the Main Hall Package accommodated both ceremony and reception. Their ceremony took place on our second level Mezzanine balcony, which allowed guests to move easily into the reception downstairs in the Main Hall.
After their ceremony on the second level Mezzanine balcony, guests moved outside to the East Terrace for cocktails and passed appetizers. The passed appetizers included some of our company’s favorite selections- Bacon Wrapped Peppadew Peppers and Jalapeno Pimento Cheese Balls.
Their wedding dinner was provided by our exclusive in-house caterer Crushed Ice Catering, which consisted of fully customized stations & bars. This menu offered a lot of variety to guests, who enjoyed a little Latin flair with the Latin station and a touch of Louisville favorites with The Bluegrass Station.
Their wedding cake, provided by Plehn’s Bakery, had a simplistic beauty with the most perfectly arranged floral cascade to match the bride’s decor.
With additional amenities added such as our in-house up lighting package and specialty monogrammed GOBO customized by The Ice House, the venue lit up with bright accents to enhance the feel of the evening.
Congrats to the happy couple!
