The countdown to Derby has begun!
For the second year in a row The Ice House & Crushed Ice Events has had the privilege of hosting the Kentucky Derby Festival Unveiled event. The Festival Unveiled kicks-off the countdown to Derby & the official Kentucky Derby Poster is unveiled.
Sponsors for the event showcase their products such as Old 502, Four Roses & Ale 8 just to list a few…
Hosted in the middle of the Main Hall is a Four Roses Mint Julep recipe contest. Five local bartenders from local restaurants or sponsors are chosen to make their own version of the drink and the winner is dubbed with the “People’s Choice Award.” The best part about the event, all fiver drinks are available to be tasted!
